This Radio voucher entitles you to a half price Standard reserved table for 6 people at the popular Yorktoberfest beer festival this October – available Friday 17th – Saturday 18th October and Friday 24th – Saturday 25th October 2025.
Opening times: Fridays and Saturdays from 7pm until 11pm, and daytime sessions on Saturdays from 1pm until 5pm.

Join the party as we celebrate our 5th year! York’s very own Oktoberfest beer festival returns to the Clocktower Enclosure at York Racecourse this October. The event has proved hugely popular since its debut in 2021 with all sessions selling out last year.
Yorktoberfest promises plenty of laughs, live entertainment and lederhosen. The giant marquee will be transformed into a traditional Bavarian festival scene, with rows of tables and benches, two performance stages, rustic carts full of wooden beer barrels, thatched wooden barns, flags galore and generally everything needed for a great night out.
Dancing is encouraged, as is the wearing of Lederhosen, Dirndls or any other fancy dress, with nightly competitions and prizes for the best dressed.
The Bavarian Bar will serve a variety of delicious beers from local supplier Brew York as well as a range of wines, prosecco, spirits and soft drinks. German-inspired food will also be available from The Dog Haus, catering for all tastes with the essential favourites of sausages, schnitzels and pretzels as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
Yorktoberfest Entertainment
Returning this year is the internationally-acclaimed seven-piece live band, the Bavarian Strollers with their thigh-slapping, foot-stomping oompah tunes as well as feel-good disco classics. They have travelled the world bringing their unique take on oompah music to Oktoberfests, bars and parties. Their Bavarian table dances and German ‘prosit’ toasts make Yorktoberfest a memorable experience.
Adding to the party and returning to the stage by popular demand will be international drag artist Velma Celli, the undisputed star of the show. Velma has been mesmerising Yorktoberfest audiences with her powerhouse vocals and outrageous humour, receiving rave reviews across social media. Known as ‘the UK’s Queen of live vocal drag’, Velma has been charming and shocking audiences across the globe for more than 15 years, from Australia to New York, and from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to London’s Hippodrome.
HOW TO REDEEM
Bring a copy of your voucher featuring its unique code either on paper or in digital form to your pre-booked date and session. Please note your contact details will be shared with the Yorktoberfest team so they can confirm your attendance.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- To redeem your voucher, simply print or take a digital copy with you on your phone to the establishment. This will also be cross checked against the name on the booking.
- Your voucher is valid for the sitting you select ONLY, between 17th October to 25th October 2025.
- This voucher is for a reserved Standard table which includes live entertainment. It does not include beer or food, which are additional.
- Your voucher is valid for 6 people for the sitting you select and is subject to availability.
- Duplicates will not be accepted.
- Refund requests will not be accepted. We will not offer refunds if the purchaser can no longer attend.
- This voucher is uniquely identifiable by code and the establishment will verify your voucher before admission. Voucher codes can only be redeemed once. Please check the establishment’s website for opening hours. Once purchased vouchers cannot be exchanged for other vouchers. The establishment reserves the right to refuse this voucher. If multiple copies exist this voucher will only be accepted on its first presentation. The sale of this voucher for profit is prohibited.
